i don't recommend them but the color is quite interesting!

over the summer i went to Rhode Island School of Design for a six week summer intensive on fashion design. there i met emily, the girl featured in the photos above, who turned out to be one of my close friends. my mom and i took the trip up to la from san diego to visit her and had a blast! we visited all of our favorite places, such as the ivy and the ralph lauren store on rodeo drive, but emily introduced us to a new favorite place, katsuya! another exciting experience she introduced my mom and i to was getting our hair cut at warren tricomi. i'm petrified of getting hair cuts, but somehow it did not seem horrible in such a posh environment!

my 18th birthday wishlist

i have been counting down the days until my 18th birthday since the day after my 17th birthday! incase you cannot tell, i look forward to my birthday more then any other holiday. while this sounds extremely self-centered...yep, it is. incase any of my friends are reading this, or my mom ( i know you read my blog mom!), i'd thoroughly enjoy a surprise birthday party! october 23rd is right around the corner! :)

i look like this little guy here. i got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled two days ago and have been feeling down in the dumps. great way to start the weekend, huh? sorry for not posting lately, once i look like a normal person i promise my camera will come out of hiding and new outfit posts will be uploaded!
